Organizational Chart
Municipal Treasurer
  • Maintains the Local Government Unit revenue generation program;
  • Take custody and exercise proper management of the fund and property of the agency
  • Disburse funds in accordance to which is provided by law;
  • Exercise supervision over all treasury personnel;
  • Perform functions in support to municipal activities, national, local government partnership and special projects.
Assistant Municipal Treasurer
  • Assist the Municipal Treasurer to his/her duties and functions
Administrative/Operations Section
  • Maintains general Office records and files;
  • Maintains activities concerning Treasury operations;
  • Prepare statement of Income and Expenditures report;
  • Process bonding of Treasury personnel and Barangay officials;
  • Prepare purchase orders;
Revenue/ Cash Section
  • Take charge of the Revenue Generation services such as; Collection of Real Property Taxes; Business Taxes; Fees and Charges and Economic Enterprises;
  • Record and post collection to the real property tax account registrar and record of business registrar
  • Computes and issue notices of tax delinquencies;
  • Answer queries of taxpayers; and
  • Does other functions related to tax collection.
  • Take charge of the disbursement functions;
  • Maintain and take custody of the cash books, check deposits, report of check issued, report of disbursement and deposits;
  • Prepare remittances due to National Government Agencies and other agencies; make withdrawal of cash for payment of services and obligations.
General Services
  • Takes charge of office supplies procurement and distribution;
  • Function as custodial service for equipments, supplies and office accountable forms.
  • Inspect office supplies and prepare inspection and acceptance reports.
