Organizational Chart
- Implementation of R.A 9003 of the Ecological Solid Waste management Act of 2000
* Primarily responsible for the implementation and enforcement of the provision of R.A No. 9003 within their respective jurisdiction which icludes the collection and disposal of non-recyclable materials ans special wastes. - Implementation of the R.A no. 9275 or the Philippine Clean Water Act of 2004.
* Management and improvement of water quality within their territorial jurisdiction.
* Prepare a compliance scheme in accordance with the Water Quality Management Area Action Plan established by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. - Implementation of R.A No. 8749 or the Philippine Clean Air Act of 1999
* Prepare and develop action plan consistent with the Integrated Air Quality Improvement Framework to attain and maintain the ambient air quality standards within their respective airshed and carry out the action plan within their area of jurisdiction. - Management of Communal Forest
* Management and control of communal forests with an area not exceeding fifty (50) square kilometers ans establishment of tree parks, greenbelts, and similar forest development projects. - Coordinate with other agencies the implementation of other Environmental laws within the area of jurisdiction
