Organizational Chart
- Develops strategy and effective system of conducting inspection and verifications of all business establishments;
- Plan, develop, improve, implement, and evaluate policies and procedure governing applications and renewal of business permit;
- Inspect and verify all business establishments in the municipality;
- Responsible for the processing of business application both new and renewal;
- Review applications submitted under the One-Stop-Shop licensing program;
- Evaluates requirements of business permit applicants;
- Responsible for the issuance of business permits and licenses retirement certificate on business establishment filling their closure and certificate of No business and with business; and
- Ensure compliance to the Republic Act 7394 “Consumer Act”, RA 10173 “Data Privacy Act of 2012”, R.A. 8792 “E-commerce Law of 2000”, R.A. 9485 “Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007”, RA 10173 “Data Privacy Act of 2012” and the R.A. No. 11032 “Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018”, and their respective Implementing Rules and Regulations, Issuances, and other business establishment related succeeding laws and issuances of the Republic of the Philippines
