  • Coordinate, supervise and evaluate implementation of programs;
  • Promotion of quality food production;

  • Conduct of community organizing to stakeholders;
  • Does other related activities.
Grains Section
  • Promotions of grains/cereal production;
  • Conduct of technology verification trials;
  • Conduct of pests and diseases surveillance and control; and
  • Provision of improved post-harvest technology.
High Valued Commercrial Crops (HVCC) Section
  • Promotion of vegetable production;
  • Promotion of income generating projects;
  • Provision of pests/diseases surveillance protection and control;
  • Conduct of Technology verification trails; Technology demonstration, IPM-FFS;
  • Provision of improved post-harvest technologies; and
  • Financial linkaging.
Livestock/Poultry Section
  • Promotion of protein rich food production;
  • Provide technical assistance in the surveillance, protection and control of pests and diseases; and
  • Financial linkaging.
Fisheries Section
  • Promotion of iodine rich food;
